Terms and conditions of sale in France for Natuval, Organic Turmeric Juice


The website is an electronic retail website. It sells Curm'active turmeric juice.

These terms and conditions are agreed between:

These terms and conditions define the sale process between and the Customer. The ordering, delivery and payment processes are covered as is post-sale customer service.

Our products and prices are valid whilst they are visible on the website, subject to stock availability.

For special offers, the Customer understands that said special offer products are subject to stock availability and that special offers may have a time limit.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email as quickly as possible.

In the case of a wrong address, non-payment or any other problem with the user's account, NATUVAL reserves the right to stop processing the order until the problem is resolved or cancel the customer order and refund any payment if the product is unavailable.

Article 4: Prices and payment methods

The prices of products on the website are indicated in euros and are the current prices at the time of the customer's order being received. NATUVAL reserves the right to change these prices at any time.

The prices on the website include value-added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable tax rate will be affected to the price of the products sold on the website.

Prices do not include order processing costs (shipping, packaging and handling fees invoiced in addition to the price of the products themselves).

Special offer products: products on special offer are subject to availability and the special offer may be stopped at any moment.

Payment methods currently accepted are: Debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal If payment is refused, the order appears as "Payment pending". In this case, the Customer must send a cheque to the address indicated to pay for their order.

Customer bank details are only known to the BNP Paribas bank server. No Customer payment details are saved on the, website, avoiding any fraud by hacking.

Payment refusal: NATUVAL reserves the right to refuse to deliver or honour an order from a Customer who has not paid all or some of a previous order or with whom the company is in dispute.

Force majeure: NATUVAL reserves the right to cancel an order if it believes that the Customer is not in a position to honour this order or if there has been a price mistake.

Note: Delivery costs for destinations outside France (Switzerland, overseas): delivery charges depending on the destination country do not include customs and excise costs which are to be paid by the Customer, or VAT costs which are also to be paid in full by the customer.

Article 5: Shipment and delivery

Parcels are shipped to mainland France, Corsica, French overseas territories and the European Union.

For parcels shipped to mainland France and Corsica, offers several means of transport to ensure a high quality delivery service within a satisfactory time-frame:

Parcels are shipped within an average time-frame of 2 to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The Customer must therefore plan for an average delivery time-frame of between 2 and 14 working days.

  • Shipment costs for Colissimo (mainland France): €6.90

Shipment costs are indicated before order confirmation.

For orders shipped to a country in the European Union, prices for preparation and delivery of the order are indicated before order confirmation. Prices and delivery times vary depending on the distance of the country and accessibility of the delivery address. Preparation and delivery costs can change at any time. The prices stated at the time of the order will be the prices applied. Deliveries are made by Colissimo.

  • International shipping costs:

subject to the destination, shipping costs do not include any customs and excise costs which will be paid by the Customer in order to collect their goods, and also any possible VAT charges (Switzerland) which will also be paid by the Customer.

Overseas shipments: orders sent overseas are done so at the Customer's risk. NATUVAL cannot be held responsible for any breakage or damage due to unforeseen incidents during transportation.

Article 6: Force majeure

NATUVAL cannot be held responsible for any non-execution or bad execution of its obligations in the case of force majeure as defined by French law. NATUVAL cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of any contract due to force majeure.

Article 7: Cancellation and returns

The Customer has the right to return any delivered products to NATUVAL within 14 working days, subject to the following conditions.

The products must be returned to NATUVAL in perfect re-sale condition or in their original packaging (packs, leaflets, accessories, etc.) duly sealed.

In the case of a return due to non-compliance of our services, the costs of the return will be paid by NATUVAL.

NATUVAL will send a "Colissimo Suivi Retour" label by email so the Customer can send back the article(s) concerned, without paying any shipping costs.

Packages sent for refunds on delivery will be systematically refused.

Order refunds are made on Customer request within 30 days.

Article 8: Intellectual property
